Background:
After you fill in the application and send it to Carol Pupo, and pay your booth deposit, you will be sent a “Username” and "Password: that will allow you to access the following forms. (To access these 4 forms, just return to this page and fill in your "Username", which we will provide you and the "Password" click on “Submit” at the bottom of this page. If you forget your Username and/or Password, contact Carol Pupo, 905-892-9851 or Carol@canadiangreenhouseconference.com )
- Staff Registration – you can register up to 4 staff members per booth. In previous years you could only register 2/booth. If you need to register more people, they can be purchased through regular registration. To view our registration options click here.
- New Variety Application – we organize a New Varieties display in the trade show. You can pay a small fee to display you New Varieties in that display. By submitting this form to us, it ensures we have enough display space. Also we can prepare name tags for each submission. For details on the rules for exhibiting new varieties, click here.
- New Products Application – we have locked display cases for New Products. You can pay a small fee to display New Products in these display cases. Locked display space is limited. By submitting this form to us, it helps us organize the display cases and prepare a descriptive sign for each submission. For details on the size of the display cases and other rules, click here.
- Show Guide Update – At the conference we hand out a pocket sized “Show Guide”. The booklet has a list of all exhibitors with their contact information, and a detailed speaker program. Once you become an exhibitor you will want to check the information posted to make sure it is correct before it is printed in the Show Guide.
