Cancellation Policy - Individual reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival.

Hotel Parking - The Canadian Greenhouse Conference group discount includes a discounted parking rate of $8 per car per day.  Please disregard the rates posted online as they are standard to the hotel.  The discounted rate will be applied at the time of checkout.

Note - Disregard any mention of resort/destination fees or higher parking fees that may be included in the standard hotel confirmation message.  The CGC rates, as outlined above, are in force.

Border Considerations
All persons entering Canada must download the ArriveCAN app and upload the required information less than 72 hours prior to arrival at a Canadian port of entry (both air and land). It is advised you take a screenshot of the confirmation just in case internet/data coverage is not working.

There are four airports convenient to Niagara Falls, Ontario:
Toronto Lester B. Pearson International Airport (YYZ)
John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport (YHM)
Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF)
Niagara Falls International Airport (AIG)

If arriving from the continental United States, Buffalo or Niagara Falls, NY,  should be your airport of choice.

Travelers arriving from other international destinations should fly into Toronto Pearson Airport.

Those flying domestically should investigate whether Toronto or Hamilton offers the best price and most convenient flight times.

Shuttle Service to and from each of these airports is available.  Conference rates have been arranged, and you may book online at Niagara Airbus or Buffalo Airport Shuttle (US arrivals/departures).  Both offer convenient online or phone registration with email confirmation.

“Exclusive” means that you and your group will have private service.   A “shuttle”  means that you share transportation with other people who are traveling to the same general area.  Group shuttle transportation is less expensive but may have increased travel time.  CGC Speakers arriving on flights of more than 4 hours duration are to book an exclusive service.
