PARKING IS FREE ON EXHIBITOR SET UP DAY AND BOTH DAYS OF THE CONFERENCE!

EXHIBITORS - There will be NO overnight parking for trucks on the SCC parking lot.

The Canadian Greenhouse Conference headquarters hotel, the beautiful Marriott-on-the-Falls is located directly across the street from the Scotiabank Convention Centre. Enjoy the convenience of parking your vehicle once and leaving it for the duration of the conference.

Shuttle Transportation to and from The Gathering is provided at the Marriott-on-the-Falls Hotel and the Scotiabank Convention Centre.

Soliciting/suitcasing at the CGC is strictly prohibited. Please note that while all convention attendees are invited to the showcase, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business or distributing materials in the aisles or other public spaces will result in expulsion from the Show and forfeiture of show badge and monies paid. Additional penalties may be applied. Please report any violations you may observe to Show Management.

CGC reserves the right to take photographs and video footage of our convention for our own records, publicity and promotional purposes. In consideration of admission to the Canadian Greenhouse Conference the attendee or exhibitor hereby gives permission in perpetuity to reproduce, copy, publish, or otherwise use his/her likeness and/or voice, whether in electronic or print media, as taken from the event or any material based upon or derived there from, or to refrain from so doing, in whole or in part, throughout the world. Professional videography by attendees and exhibitors is not permitted unless it is pre-authorized by CGC.

We are committed to providing a safe space for all attendees. Harassment and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated at the Canadian Greenhouse Conference and will result in immediate removal from the convention centre and a permanent ban from all future CGC events. We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses any acts of harassment or discrimination to report it to the OFVC Show Office in the registration area.
