RESEARCH FUNDING

RESEARCH FUNDING APPLICATION

The Canadian Greenhouse Conference is once again accepting applications for research funding.

Grants are available to recognized not-for-profit organizations in Canada, as well as universities and colleges. Funding are to be used to support research, education, and/or extensions.

Proposals should focus on improving productivity, efficiency, and profitability within the greenhouse sector. Priority areas include greenhouse environment control, pest and disease management, and innovative ideas or tools that advance the industry. Projects should also address environmental concerns related to greenhouse crops and reflect research or educational needs identified by Canadian provinces.

This funding opportunity is open to Canadian residents only.

For multi-year studies, a new application must be submitted each year. While multi-year projects can be supported in principle, funding can only be committed on an annual basis, as research grants are financed through annual conference surpluses.
