Alert - Scammers

If you are being contacted by companies claiming to be acting on behalf of the CGC to book hotel rooms, exhibit space, or provide attendee contact information - this is fraudulent activity. The CGC does not engage third-party companies to book hotel rooms or exhibit space, nor do we rent or sell attendee contact information. 


Didn't make it in the show this year or are you thinking about 2024?  You are welcome to attend the CGC, enjoy our hospitality and see what the conference is all about.

However, direct sales are limited to exhibitors only.  The CGC takes this seriously and any non-exhibitors found soliciting business on the tradeshow floor will be asked to leave the premises immediately. This protects the investment made by our valued industry partners and the integrity of the Canadian Greenhouse Conference.

Registration Details

  • Trade Show is SOLD OUT!
  • The NFCC is a state-of-the art facility with 82,000 square feet of exhibit space.
  • Booth location is determined by committee. You may indicate a preference during the online registration. Committee decisions are final.  Returning exhibitors registered by early bird pricing deadline have first priority to have a booth.


  • Convenient online Registration. Easy access, immediate email confirmation, and receipt for payment.
  • On-line registration is compulsory.  No forms will be distributed or accepted.

No refunds for booth cancellations received after August 1, 2024.  Prior to August 1st, a $200.00 per booth administration fee will be deducted from the refund.



Booth Type Cost Includes

10' x 10' Booth

'Early Bird' Price - $1450 + 13% HST per booth until March 15, 2024.

$1750 + 13% HST per booth after March 15, 2024.

Free drayage during move-in & move-out.  

Carpeting in aisles

4 all access exhibitor passes per booth to a maximum of 8 per exhibiting company 

Free parking all 3 days of conference

Move-in Day - Complimentary coffee & muffins + Complimentary sandwiches & cold drinks at lunch
