Hotel scammers are active 

It has come to our attention that businesses who exhibited at the Canadian Greenhouse Conference have been receiving phone calls or emails from different companies claiming to be acting on behalf of the CGC to book hotel rooms, exhibit space or provide attendee contact information. This is fraudulent activity. The CGC does not engage third party companies to book hotel rooms or exhibit space nor do we rent or sell attendee contact information. 

2022 Exhibitor Registration

2022 TRADE SHOW FLOOR PLAN  - Coming soon

  • The NFCC is a state-of-the art facility with 82,000 square feet of exhibit space.
  • Booth location is determined by committee. You may indicate a preference on the registration form but committee decisions are final. 

HOW TO REGISTER

2022 PAYMENT DETAILS

  • Payment is due upon registration. Invoices send by request only.
  • Accepted: Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, International Wire Transfer (incurs a $50 banking fee), EFT/E-transfer
             All AMEX transactions and Visa/MC transactions over $5500 will incur a 3% convenience fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

No refunds for booth cancellations received after August 1, 2022.  Prior to August 1st, a $200.00 per booth administration fee will be deducted from the refund.

  

REGISTER WITH CONFIDENCE - CGC COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

Should the 2022 CGC be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the CGC will provide the following options for reimbursement for all exhibitors and sponsors:

  • Option 1: The CGC will provide a full refund minus any applicable credit card transaction fees.
  • Option 2: Exhibit contract fee will be rolled forward to the 2023 conference.

This policy applies only to a full event cancellation due to government or public health restrictions. For cancellations originated by an exhibitor, for any reason including COVID-19 concerns, the standard cancellation policy applies. The CGC is not responsible under any circumstances for providing reimbursement or refund of any costs for services booked with third parties such as lodging or hotel expenses, travel related expenses or other contractor/cancellation fees incurred by the exhibitor as a result of event cancellation.

10' x 10' Booth

'Early Bird' Price - $1300 + 13% HST per booth until April 30, 2022.

$1600 + 13% HST per booth after April 30, 2022

Pipes & drapery

Free drayage during move-in & move-out.  * Oversize Crate (larger than 4' x 4' x 7') HANDLING FEE - $100 PER CRATE

Carpeting in aisles

4 all access exhibitor passes per booth to a maximum of 8 per exhibiting company 

Free parking all 3 days of conference

Complimentary coffee & muffins on move-in day
